同时这些企业由于基础的差异，又呈现出不同的动态演进模式，这必然导致不同所有制企业在不同发展阶段治理模式上的差异，因此很难用一种固定的公司治理结构模式来概括我国国有企业的治理模式，所以本文提出了公司治理的生命周期概念，以及相应的动态治理模式。
